To assist you in the registration process, we've developed a system that allows you to select courses to take with you to the registration site. Simply click the "Save For Registration" button in the course listing. You can then take your courses with you to the official registration site. You will have the opportunity to add or remove courses at any point in the registration process.

Important Information about Courses:
Individuals wishing to attend courses must register for the Annual Meeting and wear a badge for admission to the course. To receive CME credit, you must swipe your badge at the course door.

Hands-on Courses (HO)
These courses will offer hands-on interaction with faculty and state-of-the art equipment, along with innovative lectures by some of the best in the urological community. Each clinic is designed to expand the practicing urologist's expertise.

Course Cancellation Policy
For IC/PG/HO Courses, an administrative fee of $10 will apply for cancellation of courses up until
April 15, 2012. After this date, no refunds will be given. Registrants may substitute another Annual Meeting course or apply money towards another Annual Meeting course at any time, provided newly selected course is not full. Name substitutions are not permitted.
