Transportation to Downtown Atlanta

From Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL)
Downtown Atlanta, GA, is approximately 15 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Travel time can range anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. The cab fare from the airport to downtown is approximately $30 one way.

Train
The MARTA train station at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is located in the terminal building towards the Ground Transportation area.

Trains run from the airport to downtown Atlanta between 5 – 1:30 a.m. weekdays and from 5:30 – 1 a.m. weekends. Departures are every four to five minutes weekdays and 10 to 15 minutes on weekends. Journey time to downtown Atlanta is approximately 20 minutes and the fare is $2.00. For more information visit www.itsmarta.com.

Transportation between Hotels and Convention Center
During the Annual Meeting, the AUA will provide shuttle transportation between all of the AUA official hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center, except for the following hotels within walking distance:

• Omni at CNN Center
• Embassy Suites Downtown
• Hilton Garden Inn Downtown
• The Glenn Hotel
